Sign in, export your data and delete your account
How sign-in works without passwords, how Owners export all workspace data, and how to delete a project, a workspace or your account.
HRjects has no passwords. On the sign-in page, enter your email address and HRjects sends a one-time sign-in link. The link works once and expires after 20 minutes.
Sign-in with Google and Microsoft is planned. When it is switched on, the buttons appear on the same page.
You stay signed in for 30 days on that browser. You can sign out at any time.
Because sign-in goes through your email, your HRjects account is as well protected as your mailbox. If your company requires two-step verification for email, that protects your sign-in links too.
If the emailed link does not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you typed the address you were invited with.
- Request a new link. A used or expired link will not work. You can request up to five links an hour from one network.
Company single sign-on (SAML) is planned and not available yet.
Export your workspace data
Owners can download all of a workspace's data as one file. The file contains the workspace details, its members, guests and pending invitations, every project and its contents, saved templates and the activity log.
- Open your workspace settings.
- Choose to export the workspace data.
- Save the file.
PDF and Excel status exports are planned and not available yet.
Remove a project
Owners and Editors can remove a project. It disappears from the workspace straight away and is erased for good 30 days after removal.
Delete a workspace
Owners can delete a workspace. You are asked to type the workspace name to confirm. This deletes its projects, templates, members list and activity log. Export first if you want a copy.
Delete your account
Anyone can delete their own account from their account settings.
- If you are the only person in a workspace, that workspace is deleted with your account.
- If you are the only Owner of a workspace that has other members, make someone else an Owner or remove the members first. HRjects will ask you to do this before it deletes your account.
See who changed what
Each project has an activity log that lists changes with the person's name and the time.
